Each tin contains a selection of galettes and palets, two traditional buttery biscuits from Brittany. Galettes are thin and buttery, palets are more substantial. Both are a simple concoction of flour, butter, sugar, egg yolks, yeast and Guérande salt, sometimes referred to as Celtic salt.
Atelier D is committed to sourcing all their raw materials from nearby farms in Brittany, giving their exquisite biscuits their unique flavour. They are free from all artificial flavours and preservatives.
